What types of cinemas does INDY work with?

Our clients range from arthouse indepdenents to large, multi-national chains. We work with any cinemas who are forward thinking and want to build great experiences for moviegoers.

How long does it take to onboard?

Onboarding times vary based on a few variables, but typically we suggest at least 4-6 weeks. We’ve done it faster and slower, often depending on the responsiveness of our exhibitor partners.

Where is your team located?

Our fully-remote team has members in North America (with a small hub in Austin), the UK, Australia and New Zealand. That allows us to offer 24/7 support and have real people supporting our clients around the world.

Is INDY really cloud-based?

It’s true! Being slightly new to the game afforded us the opportunity to leverage modern best practices when building the INDY Operating System.

You can access the full suite of tools from your computer or phone (although some things are better left to a bigger screen).

What kind of integrations does INDY support?

We believe in strategic integrations that help boost the experience for cinema operators and moviegoers. This includes a deep integration with Stripe for payments and a really cool push button integration with Venue Valet for our server handhelds.

But we won’t just integrate with anyone. So if the experience doesn’t meet our expectations, we tend to build new features in-house.
